A dear friend (Hi you!) just revealed that she was not familiar with the book version of The Princess Bride. It would not be possible to overstate the importance of this book in my own life, so I was surprised that the topic had not come up with someone who knows me so well. There's a 25-year Anniversary edition out with a wonky introduction. I've only read the original.
